Details:
Since upgrade to Kubuntu 12.04 , the mouse wheel doesn't seems to affect the
zoom on canvas. Mouse wheel pressed pan , and other buttons works. Minor for
my POV because ,anyway, I zoom on keyboard + and - and use the tablet. But I
thought it might be good to notify it.
Input device test sample ( copy of events of mouse wheel 2 axes ) :

Infos : mouse wheel works in Gimp 2.8 RC1 , and reproduced it connecting other
USB mouse.
