Follow-up Comment #5, bug #19547 (project mypaint):
After further research ( and also with the info from Joshua ), I found that
the 'oxygen-gtk' widget style setup in System Setting > Apparence >
Gtk+Apparence is the culprit for all my list of Mypaint bug on KDE.
Moving to the gtk engine 'greybird' (default of Xfce Xubuntu desktop where I
had good test also ) solved and the icon preset selection and the drag&drops.
