Details:
Since the big refactor of gui/tdw.py, as of git master 01260e77 the cursor no
longer changes shape to match the zoom level. Steps to reproduce:
1. Pick a nice big brush at 100% zoom.
2. Zoom out. Cursor circle stays the same size.
