Details:
Reminder to myself to use translated strings in the list gtk.TreeView in the
new preferences tab for button binding.
* For a gtk.Action: .get_name() should already be a translated string.
* For an Interaction Mode: need a new slot for a translated, human-readable
display name.
* For States: the same sort of thing. presumably.
Needs the same order of logic as in SwitchableModeMixin, I guess.
