Triaging: need info; normal severity.
Does this still happen with the current git master? A great deal has changed
within MyPaint regarding button binding handling.
As I understand it, use of the pen Button1 prevents the mouse's Button3 (and
presumably, Button2) from working, with or without modifiers. To me this
sounds very like a Windows driver issue - it's not sounding like anything GTK
does. Anything else affected, e.g. Gimp?
Could you please let us know:
* Version numbers for drivers
* Exact but minimal steps needed to reproduce the problem, including hardware
if it could be an issue there.
* What behaviour you expected during those steps, in detail.
* Where the behaviour differed from what you expected.
