Follow-up Comment #4, bug #20410 (project mypaint):
That you have tiny undoable segments sounds just very much like those frequent
device changes, where GTK+ is reporting both mouse an tablet events when it
should suppress mouse events.
I have no proof for that, of course, but it's good to have the two bugreports
linked.
