Details:
There are two closely related problems with the frame:
1) When opening a file which was saved with frame enabled, the frame does not
start out as enabled
2) When saving a file with frame disabled, the dimensions of the frame seem
not to be saved (i.e. opening the file next time and enabling the frame gives
it different dimensions)
In combination, this results in the following bug: "Carefully" (as in, with
effort) choosing the right frame and saving the file, reopening the file the
next time and saving it again looses the information about the frame in the
file - thus the effort is lost.
While changing either, 1 or 2 would help with that, I think it would be best
if both, 1 and 2 were changed.
