I like to tag bugs that look particularly suited for new developers with
`bitesize` in the bug tracker:

I'd encourage everybody to do the same as well: the idea is inspired by the
OpenHatch way of doing things - we're registered there, FYI, and apparently
their Volunteer Opportunities Finder will be picking up our tracker Real
Soon Now.
