[Sending this to the list now that https://gna.org/support/?3201 has
been addressed]

I want to open up access to our github repositories in a good way, and
allow anyone collaborating (even occasional folks) read-write access
with fairly minimal oversight from the core "Owners" team - currently
myself, Anna, Jon, and Martin.

So as an experiment, and because @tumagonx asked in
https://github.com/mypaint/mypaint/issues/48, I've created a
"collaborators" team in github:
https://github.com/orgs/mypaint/teams/collaborators with read+write
access to the codebase and to the issues tracker.

Of course, we're still open to patches from anyone out there as
before, but if you contribute a couple or more good pieces of code,
I'd like our expectation to be that those people should get invited to
@mypaint/collaborators fairly speedily. That way people will be
encouraged to work together more ☺

And if *you* want access or think somebody else deserves it[1], let me
know and I'll send out an invite.

[1] Reminder to myself to check through the old gitorious sometime and
sign up anyone on that.
