*Job Summary:* The IS lead programmer/analyst - webMethods, development team, is responsible for design and development of new applications/systems/objects and enhancements to existing applications/systems/objects. Also responsible for level 2 support and maintenance of existing applications/systems/objects. *Role Summary: webMethods Developer* * * Design/development/testing/support of message mappings to and from standard and extended IDOC layouts * * Development of RFC "lookup" interfaces between R/3 and webMethods * * Configuration/implementation/support of SAP, File, and JDBC adapters * * Experience with webMethods Administrative tasks: Migrations, monitoring, error handling, installations, service pack updates * * Extensive experience with the IS, Broker, and Trading Networks tools * * Knowledge of EDI (X12, UCS, VICS) and EDIINT implementations required on a day-to-day basis. * * Design/development/testing/support of message mappings to and from EDI documents * * Experience with Java, JSP's, JavaScript, and HTML web pages * * Knowledge of UNIX and UNIX scripting required on a day-to-day basis Knowledge of relational database preferred. Preferably experience with Oracle. Knowledge of XI a plus. Knowledge of pgp encryption and SFTP a plus. * * *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* *1.* Facilitate sessions to gather requirements for new projects or enhancements and document them in the form of a functional/technical specification. *2.* Create technical designs that adhere to client standards and guidelines and document them in the form of a functional/technical specification. *3.* Develop technical objects that adhere to client standards and guidelines with consideration given to readability, optimal performance, maintainability, automated error handling, etc. *4.* Lead and coordinate detailed walkthroughs of requirements, design, and code to ensure maximum use of reusable modules, minimal impact on existing applications and systems, the highest possible overall quality, etc. *5.* Support testing efforts by conducting rigorous unit testing, assisting in the set up and execution of integration/UAT test scenarios, and writing detailed test plans. *6.* Thoroughly document change controls so that objects can be migrated to QA, UAT, and production environments. *7.* Provide level 2 development supports for production applications. This will include a rotating on-call schedule outside of normal working hours. *8.* Complete regular status reports, accounting for time spent on each project and activity/task. *9.* Identify training requirements and opportunities and devise an annual individual training plan. *10.* Lead and coordinate ongoing knowledge transfer sessions to ensure that there are multiple resources with knowledge of each system, application, object, etc. *11.* Provide leadership and mentorship for employees and contractors at the programmer/analyst level. * * * * Job Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Certifications, Skills): · Bachelor's degree in business or information systems required. · Five to seven years in either of the following: · IT experience in business systems analysis in medium to large-scale environments. · Business experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of medium to large-scale integrated systems. · Previous experience in business process reengineering or process improvement involving broad-based information systems and utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change. · Previous experience with relational databases and SQL (Structured Query Language). · Previous experience with procedural and object-oriented programming languages. · Strong technical writing skills with an emphasis on proper grammar. · Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels. · Strong oral communication skills and the ability to effectively express and understand complex technical concepts. · Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. · Mastery of basic Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Visio. *PLEASE SEND ME THE RESUMES TO MY OFFICIAL ID BELOW* *Best Regards* *Chris** Nihaki Systems,Inc.
