Position: Business Intelligence Project/Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 3 Months Experience level required: 10-12yrs exp Joining Date: ASAP Type: Contract * At least 10+ years of experience * Experience managing large BI projects (2+M) in an Enterprise Customer is mandatory. * Experience managing 4-5 member project in smaller client will not work. * In addition to large project experience in similar organizations working with multiple internal organizations amidst medium-high complexity political situation is important. * Clear communication and articulation skills * Who can communicate; drive the Senior IT & BIz SMEs towards solution with out of the box on the fly thinking. * Ability to recognize issues and immediately communicate to Senior IT & Business executives with right kind of balance * Managing projects in Product Sales Forecast or similar areas or similar companies will be an advantage * Result oriented, Creativity, Driving meeting to a resolution and Timely communication/Escalations will be the key.
