Must have strong communication, listening and presentation skills. Candidate must have the ability to understand the HR business processes and implement them using OCW. Candidate should have skill in using various tools like PL/?SQL, SQL*Plus, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, XML Publisher, Application Object Library, Oracle APIs, OA Framework. Should be a team player who can work in a collaborative environment. Candidate should be very techno-functional and should document every process in Oracle Compensation workbench. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidate must have the Oracle Workflow skills and should be able to use the tool where it required. Must have very good documentation skills. *Duties:* This individual will analyze requirements and write functional, technical, and design specifications for Oracle 11i HR/OCW Applications.
