Representative tasks include but are not limited to: * Provide BEM migration planning assistance; * Assist with installing and implementing BEM and the BMC Service Impact Manager (SIM); * Creation of event policies, rules and filtering paths; * Configuration of BMC Impact Event Adapters (TCP and SNMP); * Support Integration with Remedy Service Desk; * Integration BMC Remedy Service Desk (IBRSD); * PERL Scripting * Windows Batch Scripting * Assist with improving event automation and enrichment; * Provide user orientation; * Assist with documentation.
