*Title : Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst * ** *Duration: 8 months+* Location: Florida Description: *Work Breakdown Structure:* The *Business Analyst *shall evaluate the Infrastructure Division's procedures by identifying and documenting "AS IS" processes and recommending streamlined "TO BE" processes that will comply with CMMI standards and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to the following tasks: 1. Analyze, document and propose changes to the process of how items are purchased and tracked with respect to the Infrastructure Division budget. 2. Create a standard procedure document and establish a process for publishing and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Infrastructure Division. 3. Analyze, document and propose changes to the Cellular Phone SOP to detail how cellular phones are approved, assigned, tracked as assets, repaired and/or replaced and retrieved when employment status changes. 4. Analyze, document and propose changes to the process of how leased lines are obtained, tracked and invoiced; to include DSL lines (for Water Managers as an example) and wireless "air cards" such as Sprint or any other vendor. 5. Establish a SOP for the on-call staff rotation including daily tasks for the Virtual Network Operations Control (V-NOC) team. 6. Analyze, document and propose changes to the Backup SOP for the Infrastructure Division. 7. Analyze, document and propose changes to the Password SOP for the Infrastructure Division. 8. Analyze, document and propose changes to the Emergency Management SOP for the Infrastructure Division. 9. Analyze, document and propose changes to the Disaster Recovery SOP for the Infrastructure Division. 10.
