The interaction will be in both large and small group settings. 3) Responsible for transforming high level management requirements surrounding the business processes into SAP best practice concepts for implementation in the SAP CRM and Professional Service solutions. 4) Responsible for delivering the SAP solution that supports the business requirements identified in the Business Blueprint document. Skills 1) Certified in at least the SAP CRM solution. Certification in more then one SAP solution (CRM, HCM, FICO) is a plus. 2) Proficient to advanced understanding of the myERP functionality. 3) Possess high level business and interpersonal skills. 4) Must possess the ability to translate SAP technical concepts and articulate in business terms to the business community. 5) Possess strong experience in strategic SAP IT areas specific to the professional services area. 6) Proficient SAP Integration knowledge specific to the SAP CRM solutions. 7) Basic understanding of SAP configuration knowledge 8) Big 4 and/or Professional Service organization experience a plus -- Thanks & Regards.
