Experience with two or more of the following; *UML, Use Cases, RUP, Activity Diagrams, Visio, Rational Rose, ClearCase.* MUST BE a SELF STARTER - able to drive requirements with limited supervision or assistance. *Must have experience with one or more of the following:* Mutual Funds - Break Point or fee structures, or commissions. Business process management (BPM) - particularly for brokerage operations (money movement, new accounts, trading) Cost basis / tax lot accounting / wash sales In addition, they must all have Investment Banking background, solid BA skills including hands-on experiences with performing product gap analyses, writing business requirements & detailed functional specifications.
