Identify all the gaps to move new hardware/OS store computing platform from
development to the Deployment team. This includes working with matrix teams
to detail an integrated workplan, working with workstream leads to overcome
issues and managing plan and forecast. Responsible for the daily tracking
and issue management with this deliverable.
Detailed Description of needed deliverable:
Responsible for working with Quality Assurance, Environmental Readiness, and
infrastructure teams to deploy a new store computing platform. Responsible
for managing the overall plan and matrix resource to accomplish the
aforementioned deliverable.
What impact would it have on THD if your request for a contractor were to be
denied?
THD will need to open new stores, and retrofit high performing stores, with
very expensive solution instead of using SSI solution. Third party
production software will remain unsupported.
Additional Information
- Develop an effective plan for controlling the project scope and schedule,
and monitor the project execution to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Develop an effective plan for communicating project information to the
project team and to the project stakeholders
- Lead the definition of project risks, and the required mitigation
approaches.
- Collect and document project issues, and manages their timely resolution.
- Develop written status reports, determine project status codes, and create
and present project review documents to program management.
