Analyze information, prepare presentations and deliver proposals to clients. *Maintain personal utilization targets. *Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback. *Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology. *Requirements: **3-5 years relevant work experience with a minimum of one year recent consulting expertise preferred. *"Big 5" consulting experience (ie Accenture, BearingPoint, Deloitte, IBM) **Experience in IT integration, telecom billing, OSS, Call-Center, and CRM solution definition, design, development and delivery (Clarify, Amdocs or other CRM and billing packages essential) preferred*. *Functional expertise in business process reengineering, transformation, organizational design/change management, implementation planning and execution, migration and conversion, testing and/or training. *Strong analytical, team lead and leadership skills. *UPDATE: ***Niku Clarity Implementation Experience required*** *** **Proposal development experience preferred. **Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills. *College degree required with advanced degree preferred. -- Thanks & Regards.
