Setup - Setup of opportunities, activities, credit memo; Campaign Mgt, Pricing Out of scope - CIC and middleware setup Additional desirable skills CRM to BW extraction experience CRM Upgrade experience to version 2007. Must have worked in Utility sector (current or recent experience). Worked on projects with high degree of ABAP customization *Role Description: * * * Responsible for troubleshooting issues in the SAP CRM system and providing functional expertise to the development team Executing the needed changes in configuration. Writing functional specifications for the new requirements. Test Data Creation and Testing of the new requirements. Carrying out Functional regression testing Interaction with the Sempra IT and business users for support/new requirements. *Profile details: * * * Must have significant (2-3 full cycle implementations) experience with SAP CRM 5.0 and 7.0 versions (preferred). Experienced in Sales and Marketing Module of SAP CRM - specifically areas of Master Data Setup - BP. Org Str., Products, Ibase; Txn.
