This has nothing to do with PHP, and you should
never expect a relational database to store records
in a specific order.
If you need to order your data, you should create
a key field. Look up AUTO INCREMENT in the manual,
then, if you have trouble, read
http://www.bitbybit.dk/mysqlfaq/faq.html#ch6_0_0.
Use that column to sort your result (look up ORDER
BY in the manual)
