Depends on the situation.. Mysql will use only one index per table per query.
so if you very often query on all three you should put them in a multi-column
index.. If you also often search on only one of the three you should put
it first.. If you often search on another one of the three you should consider
putting it in a different index... basicaly it depends on the nature
of your queries, and how much diskspace/time you are willing to give you index
updates and storage.
