Get General Log and Binary Log location from MySQL database.

I am using MySQL 4.1.3 and wondering if there is any way to get binary log, and 
general log location by querying database.
 
I've checked 
 
mysql> show variables;
 
command, but it only returns if log is ON or OFF.
