Actually, this the third version that I installed.

1.mysql-standard-4.1.7-pc-linux-i686.tar.gz (delete)
2.MySQL-server-4.1.7-0.i386.rpm (I removed by rpm -e <filename>)
3.the third one, I install mysql from Mandrake cd installer....
