there's SHOW CREATE PROCEDURE and SHOW CREATE FUNCTION and SHOW
CREATE VIEW, but no SHOW CREATE TABLE.
It appears "deeper" in the TOC than the other statements. The main
page
TOC goes only to three levels. (Otherwise it'd be a mile long.)
