Thankyou. But, when I startup I got error like
Innodb: error: log file .\ib_logfile (0,1) is different size
Innodb: than specifiled in the .cnf file
050729: {eror} can't init database
050729:{error} aborting
Could you please tell me why?

If you got password set for root, try c:\mysql\bin\mysqladmin -u root -p
it should prompt for password.
