Hi Jay, I am currently facing the same problem and started to develop a solution similar to dwebpro, of which I've only just learnt through Anne's post. dwebpro is free for commercial use but runs only on windows. The system I have in mind would be completely free and driven by a manager written in QT - which can provide the required portability. If portability is not such a concern for you, check out dwebpro, it's quite good. Another project, I've tried but with which I was not very happy is WAMPonCD (http://www.x-author.de/en/tools/amp/x-author.html).
