Log file on slave hosts says:

010531 12:25:40 Error reading packet from server: Binlog has bad magic number, fire
your magician (read_errno 0,server_errno=65535)
Replication has been prepared as described in 11.2 & 11.3 of manual on the web
Configuration master: (my.cnf)
set-variable = key_buffer=24M
set-variable = max_allowed_packet=24M
set-variable = max_connections=500
log-bin= /var/log/mysqld_bin.log
log-bin-index=/var/log/mysqld_index.log
server-id=1
Configuration slave (my.cnf)
set-variable = key_buffer=24M
set-variable = max_allowed_packet=24M
set-variable = max_connections=500
log-bin= /var/log/mysqld_bin.log
log-bin-index=/var/log/mysqld_index.log
master-host=raid2.only.com
master-user=replyuser
master-password=Yyysyd64jn
master-port=3306
server-id=2
All rights on master host was granted.
