Good.

Which means they are a paying customer, using a "quarterly service pack"
(aka "QSP") as you can tell from the "sp1" suffix.

No, there is no such link for public download:

1) The 5.0 release family is at 5.0.90 now, so older versions have been
removed from the download pages (to save space on the mirror servers
which help us provide the binaries to the worldwide community).
Your only chance for old versions is to use the "archives" link on
   the download page:
       http://downloads.mysql.com/archives.php?p=mysql-5.0

2) Even if you do that, you will find 5.0.75 only but not 5.0.72sp1,
   because ...

5.0.72sp1 is what we call a "QSP", because it happens once per quarter.
These QSPs are not available for (free of cost) community downloads,
they are part of the services which paying customers receive:
Less frequent needs to update but still the guarantee of getting the
up-to-date fixes for security issues, should there be any.

In this case, it is somewhat more complicated because back then the
builds for community and for paying customer were done with different
frequency.
The closest equivalents to 5.0.72sp1 which you can freely download (from
the archive) as binaries are 5.0.67 and 5.0.77, the in-between 5.0.75
was published as source only.
