Meaning - Just because it works now doesn't mean its going to work when you put the system live and 2000 users hit the system ;) Don't just accept the defaults in the sample my.cnf/my.ini files, they are rarely suitable for any system without modification. If you don't know what you are doing read the manual, ask questions, test, test and test again. (or hire a MySQL professional)!
