Hello all,

Had a normal MySQL shutdown, reboot and then this happens:

161010 10:58:31 InnoDB: The InnoDB memory heap is disabled
161010 10:58:31 InnoDB: Mutexes and rw_locks use Windows interlocked functions
161010 10:58:31 InnoDB: Compressed tables use zlib 1.2.3
161010 10:58:32 InnoDB: Initializing buffer pool, size = 107.0M
161010 10:58:32 InnoDB: Completed initialization of buffer pool
161010 10:58:32 InnoDB: highest supported file format is Barracuda.
161010 10:58:39 InnoDB: Waiting for the background threads to start
161010 10:58:40 InnoDB: 1.1.8 started; log sequence number 5809271388
161010 11:42:54 [Note] Event Scheduler: Loaded 0 events
161010 11:42:54 [Note] C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Server
5.5\bin\mysqld: ready for connections.
Version: '5.5.15' socket: '' port: 3306 MySQL Community Server (GPL)

What is causing the delay between starting InnoDB and finishing this startup?
