I run SCO Unix and Linux here.
We have web Apache web servers here using PHP and perl, each accessing
MySql.

The reason I said "assuming your webserver supports MySQL" is because
I have no experience running win2000 web servers, but see that many who
post here do.

I thought from your statement that you are already running a webserver,
that you wanted to move the MySQL off of the win2000, and replace it
with a connection to the FreeBSD MySQL server. This would be easy.

Apparently, though you are not currently using MySQL with your web server.
I will have to leave you in the hands of Windows experts here, as I
don't run win2000.

Sorry.
