I've had excellent success with IBM - It does cost money.  So does Suns.

Sounds complex.  With the AS/400, you can save-while-active and you don't 
have to have three mirrors.

Java is not new to the 400, only new to me.  I don't know the exact date it 
came out, but I suspect it's been about that long or longer.

With a 400, that task is made much easier.  I worry much more about my 
linux boxes getting hacked than my 400.  By far.  Every time I turn around, 
there is another linux buffer overflow or local exploit to get root 
authority.  Those things are almost non-existent on AS/400.

Hey, I think IBM does a good job.  I also think MySQL is a very cool sql 
engine, and combined with perl and CGI I've made some interesting and 
useful web applications.
