It appears (without verifying it myself), these are the approximate
meanings:

Id    The process or thread ID of this particular job or process in the
database
User    Username of this job or process or connection
Host    From which host is the User connected
db    What is the "default" database or selected database in use by the User
Command    What's this process or thread or connection doing right now
Time    Some sort of indication of time but I'm not sure in what units or
start point
State    Some sort of indication of what this process is doing right now
Info    Additional information about the command being run right now
