Why does the MacOS X build of MySQL 3.23 include a "manual.html" that contains install instructions for only Linux and Windows? I'm stuck trying to figure out how to install this thing. MacOS has no "groupadd" command (due to the existence of the NetInfo system), so the manual install instructions are unusable from step #1 as well.
