Hi
If you use PHP it very simple to do by retrive data from BLOB field and then
echo or print such as
....
$sql="select fld_blob from tble_xxx";
$result=mysql_db_query($db,$sql);
$row=mysql_fetch_array($result);
//suppose your data is JPEG
Header("Content-type: Image/JPEG");
echo $row['fld_blob'];
....
