Why when I use the following SQL it get a
ORA-00937: not a single-group group function
What could I be doing wrong?
I am only trying to group on Time_stamp.

SELECT
ROUND(AVG(COUNT(Time_stamp))),
MIN(COUNT(time_stamp)),
MAX(COUNT(time_stamp)),
Time_stamp
FROM
cp_license_use
Where time_stamp = parmTime
and time_stamp >= SYSDATE-7
group by Time_Stamp)
