Hi,
I wanted to know what the error possibly could be.
I am using RedHat 6.0 Kernel 2.2.20 on i686 and
installed mysql 3.23.47-sgi-irix6.5. I m running sh
./bin/safe_mysqld from the root directory and am
getting the error : cannot execute binary file.
Here is the error:
./bin/safe_mysqld:
/oscar/oscar2/mysql/mysql-3.23.47-sgi-irix6.5-mips/bin/my_pri
nt_defaults: cannot execute binary file
Starting mysqld daemon with databases from
/oscar/oscar2/mysql/mysql-3.23.47-sgi
-irix6.5-mips/data
020318 11:53:01 mysqld ended
The log file is teh followwing...
020318 11:53:01 mysqld started
