Yes, you are right in getting my problem.
I tried using pointers when declaring the variables
MYSQL_ROW *row;
MYSQL *MQuery;
However, I do not get the desired result too.
Besides pointer, do you know any other possible mistakes?

If i understand well, mysql_fetch_row() work fine but if you add
mysql_data_seek() the "row" is NULL.

MYSQL *MQuery;
instead...
MYSQL_RES *MResult;
