In the same service panel screen right click the mysql service and
select properties. Take a look at the first tab (General) if the

If you find a wrong path, remove the service:
mysqld-max-nt --remove
and try to install again. Verify the path as above.
Do you have a software which rename the hard drive letter in your Lan ?
