HI, Can anyone figure this out ? I have been trying this out for quite some time. It compiles fine but when I run
root@love(scripts)# ./mysql_install_db Preparing db table Preparing host table Preparing user table Preparing func table Preparing tables_priv table Preparing columns_priv table Installing all prepared tables ld.so.1: /usr/local/mysql/libexec/mysqld: fatal: libstdc++.so.3: open failed: No such file or directory Killed Installation of grant tables failed! Do I just get a copy of a library which is so rare to get and don't know why anyone used these libraries. Please advice.
