Select statment

I can't seem to figure out the select statement to get the name. Do I need the the StarID or ActorID in Titles table? Thank you.

I am using PHP and MYSQL.

Studios (StudioName, StudioID)
Genres (GenreName, GenreID)
Titles (VideoTitle, Details, StudioID, GenreID, BitRateID, TitleID)
Actors (F_Name, L_Name, ActorID)
Stars (TitleID, ActorID)
TitleGenres (TitleID, GenreID)
