You have no where clause.
The cartesian product you are creating
could be very large, and may be filling your temp
directory. This will make it appear to have crashed
when it is merely waiting for disk space.
Next time this happens, check freespace.

mysqld-nt.exe crashes.
I know this query makes no sense but it should not crush server
