I recently installed mysql 3.23.53 on Windows NT.
I'm no longer able to run 'winmysqladmin.exe'. The following message is
displayed:
winmysqladmin.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point CreateToolhelp32Snapshot could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL.
