I installed MySQL 3.23.54 on RedHat 8.0. The installation ran smoothly ; but when trying to start MySQL, from the terminal this appeared communiqué:
ERROR 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111) What I should to do? Thanks in advance to all who reply!
