It's quite possible that nobody has written a file converter -- also quite possibly because MS hasn't released the file spec and nobody has reverse-engineered it :-) I did a quick CPAN search and found DBIx::Record::Format::ODBC::MSAccess which looks somewhat hopeful; you might dig into that a bit.
