You may try the following command mysqldump -u <your user name> -p <password> samp_db | mysql -h <your remote host name or address> samp_db -u <your user name> -p <your password>
Please also note that samp_db must be exist on your remote machine. Of course, you should sub. samp_db with your to be achieve database name.
