This warning is being generated by PHP not by MySQL. Take a look at http://www.php.net/manual/en/faq.databases.php#faq.databases.mysqlresource
If you haven't changed anything in your code, you might be using a function in your query that was made obsolete in the new version of MySQL. Check your query syntax because something is definitely wrong and you probably _don't_ want to suppress it.
