According to the microsoft web site, SQLFetch should
update the variable SQL_ATTR_ROWS_FETCHED_PTR with the
number of rows fetched.
A fairly simple change to results.c, line 657
if (stmt->stmt_options.rowsFetchedPtr)
*stmt->stmt_options.rowsFetchedPtr= 1;
fixes this.
