WebObjects (30 day demo or $699) has a tool called Enterprise Object Modeler which reads in a database schema directly from the database and generates all the database diagrams, etc. and can generate Enterprise Objects in java to interact with the database. Might be worth playing with the demo to get the job done if it is an urgent requirement. Runs on Windows 2000 or Mac OS X.
