After I downloaded the Ver 5 Dev tree how do I get it active. I tried the Windows stuff on the Mysql site with no luck.
"the Windows stuff"? Please be more specific.
The INSTALL-WIN-SOURCE file in the top-level directory of the source tree may be of some use. However, because MySQL 5 is available only from the BitKeeper repository, you'll need to use the approach that requires you to configure a distribution for Windows by using a Unix machine.
I run WIndows/ME and have Ver3.23 running. When I try to use the instructions for Compile it fails looking for .c pgms
How do I get this to work... would like to use the SP functions to duplicate stuff in SQLServer for possible migration.
